Dukkah (duqqa), pronounced doo-kah, is a traditional Egyptian blend of nuts, seeds, and warm spices. It’s been around since the age of ancient Egypt, but it is now widely popular throughout the Middle East and the world. These can be used by dipping bread into olive oil and then into the Dukkah to have as a snack or before a meal. These can be used to create delicious dips. You can use each of the Dukkahs as you would any other spices. Each of our Dukkahs contains Hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds and spices. We have 3 flavours. Olive Dukkah which also contains dried Kalamata Olives as well as seeds and nuts. Add to your salads for an added crunch, meatballs for added flavour or pastas. Lemon Myrtle which contains Australian Lemon Myrtle spice as well as seeds and nuts – Fabulous on eggs, seafood and in dips. Chilli – fabulous on your BBQ meats, roast vegetables or wherever you would like to add a little spice to your meal.
